Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend, a prompt refund, less $125 service charge, will be made for cancellations made in writing before February 12, 1999. We regret that no refunds will be made after February 12, 1999. We will gladly accept substitutions.

Program Changes: GES reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to the refund of the program fee only.
